Atria Mount Pleasant is in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, just north of downtown Charleston. This is a 168-unit project with a mix of cottages, independent living, assisted living and memory care. It is operated by Atria Senior Living. This is FDG's first project in Charleston in almost 20 years.
